CHILTON, Texas - Wilda L. Williams, 74, of Chilton and formerly of Casa Grande, died Aug. 25, 2000 in a Waco hospital.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Adams Funeral Home in Marlin, Texas. The funeral there will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. Jason Burden officiating. Burial will be in Chilton.
Mrs. Williams was born Oct. 26, 1925 in Chilton to Thompson and Annie Ledbetter Wilhite. For many years she was payroll manager for American Life Insurance Co. and Goldstein-Migel Co. in Waco. She was Baptist and loved children and cooking for them. She lived in Casa Grande until three years ago.
Survivors include a daughter, Lowada Cook of Chilton; three sons, Jim Hall of Stockton, Calif., Gary Hall of Ceres, Calif., and Billy Hall of Vallejo, Calif.; her stepfather, Willie Lee Utz of Waco; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Alma Jean Hall, 72, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2005. She was born on July 20, 1933 in Clare-more, Oklahoma. She moved from Arizona to Stockton, CA in 1959 with her husband and eight children. For 25 years, she worked for the Stockton Unified School District at James Monroe Elementary School in their cafeteria packing kitchen. She retired in 1995.
She is survived by her husband, Vern Hall; her sister, Janice Lackey of Yuma, AZ and her eight children, Ron Jarvis, Sandy Davidson, Kerry Volk and Jim Hall of Stockton, CA, Debi Ruggaber of Valley Springs, CA, Gary Hall of Ceres, CA, Bill Hall of Waco, TX and Lowada Ann Hall of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by her 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She embodied the meaning of true and unconditional love and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Viewing will take place at Wallace-Martin Funeral Home, Stockton, on Sunday, August 28, 2005 from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi, CA on Monday, August 29 at 10:00 a.m.

Michael S. Sabetta, 85, of Turlock died Wednesday at his home.
Mr. Sabetta was a native of Volta and had lived in Turlock 34 years. He was a truck driver with Scanavino Livestock Hauling for six years and was a life member of the Turlock Sportsmen Club.
He is survived by his wife, Nila McMillen Sabetta of Turlock; stepchildren, Danny McMillen of Turlock, Harry McMillen of Hawaii, Kenneth McMillen and Michael McMillen, both of Oregon, Patty Lawhan of Texas and Tammy Warden of Modesto; sister, Katherine Laven of Gustine; and 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Patterson District Cemetery. Hillview Funeral Chapel, Patterson, in charge of arrangements.
