Millville History. While my computer was in midst of head-crash repairs, saw a message
preview re: an attached Millville History doc. Was unable to retrieve. Have lost all old
genealogy messages and contact names. Does anyone know who it was who had the Millville

SURNAMES: BUNNELL, CUDD, HUGHES, PHILBROOK, VAN GOODEN
I'm looking for any existing records there may be on my great grandparents, John F. and
Annie (BUNNELL) CUDD. My grandmother, Minnie Maude CUDD HUGHES was born in Redbank on
Christmas day around 1885. I've found delayed certificates of birth for her younger
brother Everett CUDD, born 10/2/1902, and her younger sister, Elva Mary CUDD VAN GOODEN,
born May 3, 1898, both in Redbank, but nothing on my grandmother or her parents. I know
the family lived in Chico where Minnie attended Chico Normal for a time, and they also
lived in the Cherokee district near Artois in Glenn County. Another of my grandmothers
sisters, Lorena CUDD PHILBROOK, signed the delayed certificates along with my grandmother
as witnesses. I've been to the Red Bluff Library, but in the card index, found nothing.
I've checked the birth and marriage records in the Recorders office also, though I know
there are more records to sort through there. I live in Glenn County and would appreciate
any suggestions on where to look next. Thanks for your time.

I am looking for information on my great grandfather Milton Albert Farrell who was a sheep
rancher in or near Red Bluff California. The family cemetary is on Walnut Street in Red
Bluff in the Oak Hill Cemetary. Mr. Farrell was 1/2 Indian and I am trying to find out
what tribe he belonged to and any information about the family.

Looking for the family of Albertus CRUTCHFIELD, born about 1827 in Kentucky. Son of Thomas
CRUTCHFIELD and wife Frances Maria LAMPTON Moved to Dallas County,or Navarro County, Texas
in late 1840's. Married Prudence J. in Navarro County, Texas, October 9, 1848.Shown on the
1850 US Census in Navarro County, Texas with wife Prude J. born in Illinois,age 18 and son
Joshua T. age 11 months, born in Texas. Left Texas and moved to Tehama County, California
between 1850 and 1860. Listed as A. Crutchfield, Tehama County - Lassen? M-653 #70 in 1860
U. S. Census Index for California. Have only seen index as local facilities do not have
actual microfilm of California. Do do know if wife and son are with him. I have a lot of

1815/30 in Bern Canton, Switzerland and died on 4 July 1896 in Cottonwood, CA. Sarah was
born on 13 June 1821/35 in Greene Co. Iowa and died on 3 Nov 1909 in Rancho Rio Alto,
Tehama Co., CA. They were married on 19 Aug. 1858 in Iowa.

SURNAMES: GOODRICH, HOGABOON, MARKHAM
I am looking for the birth certificate of Viola GOODRICH. She appears on the 1880 census
of Tehama Co. Her age is listed as 9. Her mother is Lucy Jane MARKHAM age 28 b. Utah. Her
father, Lafayette Winslow GOODRICH, age 34 b Tenn. Lucy's Father is Warren MARKHAM, son of
Stephen Markham and Hannah HOGABOON. Warren, his wife Catherine, and his mother Hannah
left Utah in 1852 for California. According to Lingerfelter Collection, they are buried at
Red Bluff. They "Great Registers" 1875 - 1896 list Warren and mention that
Warren and Catherine's daughter was the first white girl born on the _____ _____
reservation. (I couldn't make out the writting something like Norus Cacku. What I would
like is any documentation on Viola Goodrich Warren Markham (Wishfully his Family group
sheet) Lucy Jane Markham Layfayette Winslow Goodrich (anything on him at all)

SURNAMES: STILLSON, WESTLAKE, WOLFKIEL
George Walker Westlake, born 5/28/1843 in Millbrook, PA, arrived in Red Bluff in 1875
(after a complex Civil War service) with his wife, Isabel Wolfkiel Westlake. Westlake, who
had acquired his medical degree in 1865 in Ohio's Western Reserve College, practiced out
of his home at Jefferson and Pine Streets in Red Bluff, and ultimately was in charge of
Tehama Co. Hospital. Their one child, Ida May Westlake, born 7/7/1868 in Mechanicsville,
PA, married Dr. Hamilton Stillson on 11/25/1888 in Red Bluff. Dr. Stillson had come to Red
Bluff from Bedford, IN, to practice with Dr. Westlake. Dr. Westlake died in Red Bluff on
4/4/1903, and his widow Isabel died there on 6/5/1921. Ida and Dr. Stillson moved to
Seattle in 1889.

SURNAME: KIMMEL
I found this obituary in a family Bible "John KIMMEL, aged about 73 years, died
Thursday on Middle Fork of Dibble Creek, at the residence of Wm. Johnson his son-in-law.
The remains were buried Friday in Oak Hill Cemetery, Rev. W. Leonard Officiating, assisted
by Rev. C.L. Fisher. Mr. Kimmel was born in Ohio in 1813, and was married three times. He
had six children by his first wife and three by the second. One is dead, four are in the
Eastern States, and four are in California, where he moved to in 1875. His third wife
survives him, to mourn with his children their loss. Mr. Kimmel was a consistent member of
the United Brethren Church for many years, and died with bright prospects." 1880
Census shows a John Kimmel age 67, farmer, with his wife Jane, age 53 Lived in Red Bluff
Twp. Jane is still there in the 1900 Census living with the William W. Cummings family. If

Wright family from Ark/Okla has photos from Red Bluff CA, with no names, other than the
photographers mark. The photos are circa 1870 to 1890. Looking for family of William
Tucker Wright, b. TN. 1844, d.1906 Springfield MO., lived near Fayetteville AR for 40 yrs.
Only other sibling of William, was George, who possibly lived near Henrietta Tx. Maybe the
photos are a missing link of our Wright Family. If you have connections to Wright
