My gggrandparents were Hiram Begley born abt. 1824, KY. He married Mary Ann Norris born 1829, MO. They were married in MO abt. 1850 and shortly thereafter came out west to El Dorado Co., CA in a covered wagon. They had the following children in El Dorado Co.; Sarah Elizabeth, Uniontown, 1852, Dicey Ann, Uniontown, 1853, Granville Henry, 1856, Olive Henrietta,1856, Lucinda,1857, Eliza, 1858, and Jonathan 1859. They also had Hiram Jr. born 1872 in Mendocino, Co.
The Begley family left El Dorado in 1866 in a covered wagon and went to Mendocino over the Emmagrant Trail. Any information on this family is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
