I'm looking for information about Thomas Carter who is listed in the Great Register of El Dorado County from 1872 through 1890. He was naturalized in El Dorado County on 24 Oct 1868. He lived in Coloma Township from 1868-1880 and in Placerville until 1890 when he must have either moved or passed away. He was born in England (may be Cornwall) about 1832. If you know anything about this man or his family please let me know. He may be my gg-grandfather.
