Bernhardt Gardes

Bernhardt Gardes, 83, a six year Bishop resident, passed away Sept. 30 in La 
Canada, CA after a long illness.

Funeral services were held at graveside at San Fernando Mission Cemetery.

Mr. Bernhardt moved to Bishop from Glendale with his wife, Thelma, six years 
ago.  He attended the Presbyterian Church here.

He is survived by his wife Thelma of Bishop; two daughters, Barbara jean Boyd of 
Glendale and Ann Marie Herrmann of La Canada; and eight grand-children.
