Billy Doyle Hulsey 1928-2004 A funeral service will be held at the Brune and Buck Mortuary chapel on Wednesday, Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. for 32-year Bishop resident Billy Doyle Hulsey. Pastor Erling Hofseth of Calvary Baptist Church will be officiating the service. Visitation will be on Tuesday, Aug. 17 arom 6:30-8:30 p.m. Interment will be at East Line Street Cemetery in Bishop. Billy was born on Oct. 26, 1928 in Childress, Texas and died on Aug. 15, 2004 in his home Bishop. He worked for Rosco Moss Water Well Drilling in Arizona and Nevada for 22 years, then for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for an additional 22 years. Billy is survived by his wife, Linda Hulsey of Bishop; son and daughter-in-law, Bill Dean and Lynette Hulsey of Lakeside; daughter and son-in-law, Jeanene and David Willson of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bud Heisler of Wayside, Texas; stepdaughter and stepson-in-law, Donna L. Sloan and Joe Adams of Montrose, Colo; stepdaughter, Susan K. Vanoff of Aliso Viejo; stepdaughter and stepson-in-law; Michelle M. and Joe Duenas of Lagua Niguel; stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, M. Allen and Debbie Sloan of Corona; brothers, Lester Hulsey of Hemet and Phil Hulsey of Sparks, Nev.; as well as 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
