Funeral Services Held Saturday For Chas. Frank Harned

Funeral services were held at Seventh Day Adventist church 
in Lone Pine Saturday July 13, for Charles Frank Harned, 
former Lone Pine resident, who died at the Long Beach 
Memorial Hospital July 10.

Mr. Harned was born May 22, 1915, at Phoenix, Ariz.  He 
moved to Lone Pine in 1936 an moved to Glendale last year.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. 
Charles Harned of Bell; a son, Dennis; two daughters, 
Arelene and Eileen; his mother, Lucile Harned of Long 
Beach; and a sister, Mary Lesh, also of Long Beach.

Services were conducted by the Rev. Robert Dale and 
interment followed at the Mt. Whitney cemetery.

While living at Lone Pine Mr. Harned had been active on
