Funeral Services held January 7 for Daniel H. Marquez

Last rites were held at the Blake Funeral Chapel January 7 for Daniel H. Marquez, 37, of Bishop, 
who died January 6 following a heart attack.

Mr. Marquez had been employed at Union Carbide Nuclear for the past five years.  He was born 
Sept. 12, 1922 in Bishop and was a veteran of WWII.  Rosary was held by Father Badeson followed 
by mass at the Catholic Church January 8.

Interment was at the Pioneer cemetery.

Mr.Marquez is survived by his mother, Winona Marquez of Bishop, and a brother, Henry of 
San Diego.
