Dora Mae Ellis

A Rosary will be said Wednesday, Jan. 3 at 7 p.m., at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bishop, and a 
funeral Mass on Thursday, Jan. 4, 11 a.m., at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, for Dora Mae Ellis, 83, a 55-year 
resident of Bishop.  Father Gerry will officiate.

Mrs. Ellis was born Aug. 21, 1912, in Leadville, Colo., and died Jan. 1 at Southern Inyo Hospital in Lone Pine.

She is survived by daughters, Eileen Leslie of Barstow, Norma Samari of Bakersfield, Bobbie Godown of Bishop, Gerry 
Kerley of Phoenix, Carol A. Nichols of Bishop, Barbara Webster of Bishop, and Pat Mathieu of Bishop; 28 
grandchildren; 56 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

Donatins(orig. sp.) may be made in Dora Ellis' memory to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Bishop, or 
to one's favorite charity. 

Interment will be at East Line Street Cemetery.
