Dorothy J. Crouse
1934-2004

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1 at Joshua Memorial park 
and Mortuary in Quartz hill for Dorothy J. Crouse.  Pastor J Silva of Quartz 
Hill Assembly of God officiated.

Born May 10, 1934 in Los Angeles, Dorothy died Sept. 25, 2004 at her home in 
Quartz Hill with her family by her side.

Dorothy and her husband, Donald Crouse, called the Antelope Valley their 
family's home for more than 40 years.

Dorothy devoted her life to her faith in Jesus Christ and her loving family.  
The last few years Dorothy also dedicated her time and energy to volunteering at 
several community organizations.  She was a long-time, active member of the 
Assembly of God Church in Quartz Hill, and an active mall-walker with ladies 
from a former support group.

The family thanks everyone for their prayers and support.  "Although Dorothy 
will be deeply missed, we thank God that she is now in heaven with loved ones 
who have passed before," family members said.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Crouse (1999), and 
daughter, Debra L. Sargent (2002).

Dorothy is survived by her sons, Donald G. Crouse, Jr. of Quartz Hill, Dale E. 
Crouse of Palmdale; grandchildren, Shawna L. Behrens of Bonney Lake, Wash, and 
Dustin M. Crouse of Lancaster; great-grandson, Jayden M. Crouse; sisters, Carol 
Lucas of Bishop and Betty Hallberg of Bieber, Calif.; and other close friends 
and relatives.
