Emmil Milton Perkins Services will be held Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. at the Big Pine Methodist Church for Emmil Milton Perkins, 72, who died February 25 at Mayers Memorial Hospital in Fall River Mills, CA. Mr. Perkins was born Aug. 1, 1913 in CO, and raised his family in Chico before moving to Big Pine where he was caretaker of Big Pine cemetery, and was an avid gardener. He is survived by his wife Grace, two sons, Charles of the U. S. Navy and Milton of Garberville, CA, daughter Dorothy Schultz of WI, and stepchildren Lawrence Agee, Myrtle Habegger, and Roes (Rose?) Snider, all of MacArther, CA. His remains will be cremated and interred at Big Pine cemetery.
