Ethel Marie Kinzy		

Services were held Monday for Ethel Marie Kinzy, who operated Tules Resort at Topaz with her late 
husband during the 1960s.

Mrs. Kinzy, 85, had resided in Bishop for nine years.  Her husband, Edward, died in 1980.

Mrs. Kinzy was born in Lawrenceburgh, Tennessee, on November 16, 1903.  She died at Northern Inyo 
Hospital on Friday.

She was the mother of John Kinzy of Bishop and sister of Eugene Doub of  Sun Valley, Lela Hatter 
of Torrence and Maxine Jennings of Burbank.

She was the grandmother of Kathy Nelson, Karen Clair and Edward Kinzy of Bishop, Kristy Schoeman 
of Norco and William Kinzy of Palmdale.  Seven great-grandchildren also survive.

Private interment was held at Grand View Memorial Park in Glendale.  Brune & Buck Mortuary of 
Bishop made final arranagements.
