Evelyn Chiatovich

Final Rites held March 16 

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 16 at the 
Don Talmage Chapel for Mrs. Evelyn Ruth Chiatovich 
who died at the Northern Inyo Hospital, March 11.

Mrs. Chiatovich was born in Bishop October 4, 1920 
and was secretary for the Owens Valley Board of 
Trustees for some 15 years.

She had lived in Bishop all of her life and had been 
office manager for the California Division of Highways 
for eight years.

She is survived by her husband Roy of Bishop, three 
children, Dwane, Wayne, and Lois, all of Bishop; her 
mother, Mrs. Minnie Williams; two sisters Eleanor 
Bethel and Velma Bouch, and a brother Wilfred (Bud) 
Williams, all of Bishop.  She also leaves one 
grandchild.
