Fritz Strohmeyer

Fritz Strohmeyer, one of the old time residents of George's Creek, died at this home there 
Sunday morning of last week.  He was a native of Germany, aged 66 years, 10 months, 6 days, 
and had lived at George's Creek for about forty years.

Mr. Strohmeyer was one of eight persons who were injured in a runaway at Mammoth years 
ago - an affair that received much attention at the time.
