George Moose

Funeral services were held June 6, for George Alan Moose, of Bishop, following his death June 3 at Northern Inyo 
Hospital.  He was 18.

The Rev. Robert P. Barron and the Rev. Sidney H. Byrd of the Foursquare Indian Mission and Valley Presbyterian 
Churches, respectively, officiated at the service, held at Talmage Chapel.  Burial was in Sunland cemetery.

Mr. Moose was born August 16, 1951 in Bishop.  He attended school in Bishop, and would have been a senior in 
high school.

He is survived by his mother, Bertha Moose, Bishop; a grandmother, Rosie Moose, Bishop; two aunts, Dolores 
Miller, Bishop and Frances Moose, Bishop, four brothers, Darrell, Dean, Erwin and David Moose, Bishop; two 
sisters, Rosanne and Gaylene Moose, Bishop, and numerous relatives.

Mr. Moose attended school in Bishop.  This would have been his Senior Year.

Pallbearers were Clyde Pueblo, Leland Chavez, Bud Williams, George Jeff, William Bowers, Don McKellips, and 
Patrick Nelson.
