Woman Killed Sunday In One Car Crash; Two Others Injured

Gladys Hubbard, 31, of Trona was killed Sunday of last week and two others injured in a 
one-car accident about 13 miles north of Wildrose Station, according to the California 
Highway Patrol this week.

According to investigating officers the car, a 1950 Chrysler sedan driven by William B. 
Emsminger, 32 of Trona, went out of control, went into a broadside skid and rolled over 
several times finally coming to rest on its wheels.

Suffering major injuries and taken to the Trona Hospital was Steve Palencsar, 44 of 
Trona.  The driver suffered minor injuries.
