Coroner Robinson Dead Civil War Veteran and Long a Resident of this County H. H. Robinson, Coroner and Public Administrator, died at Big Pine this morning. His age was 73 years, 9 months, 22 days. Mr. Robinson came to Big Pine from Nevada about twenty years ago, and has resided there continuously. He was a Confederate veteran, serving under General Reagan, afterward a member of President Cleveland's cabinet. Captain Robinson was in command of a company of the First Texas regiment when it surrendered at Appomattox. He was the father of Douglas Robinson, formerly Marshal of this town, and now of the forest service; of Mrs. Bulmer, Misses Dottie, Enid and Bessa Robinson. Mrs. Robinson also survives him. Mr. Robinson was serving his second term as Coroner. He was a man of agreeable personality and of integrity, and had many friends in all parts of the county. The funeral will occur from the family home at Big Pine at 2 o'clock tomorrow, Friday, afternoon.
