Harold Kinney, Sr. 
1930 - 2003

Graveside services for lifelong Bishop resident Harold Kinney, Sr. will be held Friday, May 9, 11 a.m. 
at the Sunland Cemetery in Bishop.  A Cry Dance will be held at the cemetery, Darryl Maddox will 
officiate.  Also, a luncheon will be served at 2 p.m. at the Bishop Tribal Elders Building on Diaz 
Lane.

Born in Bishop on Aug. 15, 1930, Mr. Kinney died May 3, 2003.

A veteran of the United States Army, her served in the Korean conflict.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Kinney; children, Harold Kinney, Jr., Morgan Kinney, Sr., Frank 
Shoshone, Sr., Vicky Kinney, Stuart Kinney, Lisa Sandoval, and Kim Kinney of Bishop; 14 grandchildren, 
Derek, Chris, Lucas, Marcus, Marla, Jake, Frankie, Thumpsa, Gabriel, Elisha, Tiara, Ryan, Raissa, and 
Justin; two great-grandchildren, Raymond and Siriana; brothers, Lawrence Kinney and Chester Kinney; 
sisters, Dorothy Barlow and Shirley Maddox; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Interment will be at Sunland Cemetery in Bishop.
