Funeral Services Held Tuesday for Harry Caffrey

Harry Caffrey passed away on January 1 at the Northern Inyo Hospital following a long illness.  
Services were held Tuesday at Laniers Mortuary in Whittier with interment at Memory Gardens in 
Brea.

Mr. Caffrey was born in Carson City, March 5, 1885, and came to the Owens Valley as a small 
child.  He spent most of his life in and around Bishop.  He is survived by a sister, Louisa 
Schoch; two step children in Los Angeles and two step children in Idaho.  He was a cousin to 
Carl and Norm McAfee of Bishop also.
