Funeral Services Held Saturday for Harry G. Matlick

Harry G. Matlick, long-time resident of Inyo County, 
passed away at Northern Inyo Hospital, Thursday, 
Dec. 14, at the age of 75.  Services were held 
Saturday, December 16, at the Blake Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Matlick was born in Bishop, June 10, 1886 the 
son of Allen and Minnie Matlick.  With the exception 
of 10 years spent in Woodland Stonyford, Calif., he 
lived his entire life in Bishop.  He is survived by 
his widow Lucille Smith Matlick; a son, Arthur of 
Bishop; two daughters, Dorothy Walkup of Stonyford 
and Helen Robbins of Bishop; four grandchildren, 
Larry and Peggy Walkup of Stonyford and Allen and 
Wayne Matlick of Bishop; one sister, Mabel Rowan of 
Fontana; and seven nieces and nephews.

Interment was in the family plot at the Pioneer 
Cemetery.
