Hillard Kopp Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 27 in Reno for Hillard Kopp, 59, who passed away May 20. “Hill” as he was known to his many friends, and his wife Gladys moved to Bishop in 1970. They were active in square dancing and hill taught several classes for the High Sierra Squares of Mammoth. In 1974, they sold their home and for the next five years toured the country in their trailer. They returned to Bishop in April 1979 and shortly after they learned Hill had cancer. He is survived by his wife Gladys of Bishop, a son Dan of Auburn, a daughter Judi of Simi and five grandchildren. He also leaves his mother Anna Kopp of Bishop, and brother Gerald of Reseda and a brother Harold of Hot Creek Hatchery.
