Homer David Lewis Sr.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 3, 1 p.m., for Homer David Lews Sr., 70, at the Brune and Buck Mortuary 
Chapel in Bishop.  Rev. Richard Fox of the Calvary Baptist Church will officiate.

A resident of Bishop for 37 years, Mr. Lewis was born April 2, 1925, in Lone Run, W. Va., and died Dec. 30 at the 
University of California, Irvine Medical Center in Orange, Calif.

He was a life member of VFW Post No. 8988 in Bishop.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Betty Lewis of Bishop; son, David Lewis Jr. of Big Pine; daughters, Delura 
Castaneda of Lone Pine, and Nancy Haifley of Paso Robles, Calif.; sister Kathryn Allen of Bishop, and Juanita 
Hawkins of Grantsville, W. Va.; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by one brother and one sister.

Interment will be at East Line Street Cemetery.
