Hubert Amos

Funeral services were held Oct. 17 for Hubert Amos, 80, of Big Pine following his death Oct. 14 at 
Inyo County Sanatorium.

The American Legion Glacier Post 457 officiated at the service, held at graveside.  Burial was in 
Big Pine cemetery.

Mr. Amos was born Aug. 20, 1894, in Texas.

He is survived by his wife Jessie; two sons, Jack L. Amos of Hayward and Glenn L. Amos of Chico; 
nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
