Funeral services were held for Jack A. Greeno, 86, of Loveland, Colo. Mr. Greeno was born March 3, 1909 in Manhattan, Kan. To Herbert and Martha McRae Greeno. He graduated from high school in 1925 and Kansas State University in 1931 as a civil engineer. He married Elvera S. "Dearie" Schell on May 18, 1935 in Minot, N.D. A veteran of the U. S. Navy, he was a construction engineer for the Colorado highway department. He was a member of the American Legion Post 15, Disabled American Veterans Post 32, Veterans of Foreign Wars post 41, AARP, and the Loveland Elks Lodge. He died July 3 at the McKee Medical Center in Loveland. He was preceded in death by his wife, a daughter and a brother. Survivors include his two brothers and their wives, Edwin and Peggy Greeno, Earl and Cammie Greeno, all of California; sister and her husband, Nelle and Al Sarri of California; granddaughter, Bobby Valentine of Omaha, Neb.; grandson, Chad Ward; and great-grandson. Interment was at the Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colo.
