Jerry Logan Russell
1926-2004

No services will be held for Jerry Logan Russell, who died Tuesday, Nov. 23, 
2004 in Prineville, Ore.

Jerry was born on July 7, 1926 to William Dale and Mildred Ruth Russell in 
Drakesville, Iowa.  He grew up on Forest Grove, Ore.

Jerry served two tours in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged on Oct. 5, 
1954.  He lived his last few years with his daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and 
Harold Mangum, in Prineville, Ore.  He had said that these were some of the 
happiest moments of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary Kahlar, and two wives, 
Betty Baldwin and Zena Hayes.

Jerry is survived by his son, Bill Hulit of Bishop; daughters, Joan Russell-Hugo 
of Logan, Utah, Vicki Thompson-Mangum of Prineville, Ore.  And Bonnie D. 
Russell-Erickson of White City, Ore.; sister, Bonnie Monks of Portland, Ore.; 12 
grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
