Larry P. Fair

Funeral rites for Larry Pim Fair, 36, teacher in Lo-Inyo elementary school, Lone Pine, were held Nov. 30 in Springfield, 
Ohio.

Fair passed away about 6 a.m. Friday, Nov. 26 in his home in Independence from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in his 
right temple.  The shot was from a .32 calibre(orig. sp.) pistol, the coroner reports.  Authorities said he had written 
out a will prior to his death.

His parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Fair of Sringfield, survive.  They came to Owens Valley to make funeral arrangements.  
He was born Aug. 15, 1936 in Springfield.

Fair has taught in Owens Valley schools for several years.
