Lawrence Richard Cummings
1925-2003

Per his wishes, no services were held for four-year Bishop resident 
Lawrence Richard Cummings, 77.

Born in New York on June 11, 1925, Mr. Cummings died on Feb. 12, 2003 
at Southern Inyo Hospital in Lone Pine.

He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Patty Cummings of 
Bishop; daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Lewis James of Paso 
Robles; grandchildren, Joe Van Metter of Westland, Ore., Ana 
Cummings of Bishop, and Casey Dean of Bishop; sisters, Kathleen 
Bowen of New Jersey, Barbara Whitton of New Jersey and Betty Fallon 
of New Jersey; and brother, Pat Cummings of New Jersey.
