Lloyd Clark

Memorial services for life-long Owens Valley resident Lloyd Clark, 
73, will be held Saturday, Aug. 29. 1 p.m. at the First United 
Methodist Church, Bishop.  Interment will be private.

Mr. Clark died Aug. 222 at the Washoe Medical Center in Reno, NV.

He was born Sept. 13, 1924 at his family's ranch at Laws.  His 
family moved to Lone Pine later and he graduated from Lone Pine 
High School in 1942, joining the Army soon after.  He served in 
the Army in Europe.  Later, he was the Senior Maintenance man at 
the Tri-County Fairgrounds, Bishop, until retirement.

Mr. Clark was a member of the American Legion, Veterans of 
Foreign Wars and the Bishop Gun Club.

Survivors include his wife Madalynne; daughter Melaine Kinney, 
grandchildren, Ryan Kinney and Ashley Kinney Conder; sisters, 
Frances Redington, Evelyn Boothe, and Harriet Wright.  All live 
in the Bishop area.

Donations in his memory may be given to the Methodist Church or 
a charity of one's choice.
