Marjorie L. Johnson Weinberg
1919 - 2003

Private memorial services will be held at a later date for Marjorie L. Johnson 
Weinberg, age 84, a longtime resident of Lone Pine.

Born Jan. 18, 1919, Marjorie died Oct. 30, 2003 at Southern Inyo Hospital in 
Lone Pine.  

Marjorie is well known as the former owner of Marjorie's Merry Go Round 
restaurant in Lone Pine during the 1970s.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her and her memory will live 
on in the hearts of many.  "We love you Grandma and miss you," her grandchildren 
said.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Weinberg, who died Nov. 8, 
2002.  She is survived by her daughter, Linda D. Wintjen; granddaughter, Linda 
Smith and her husband, Daniel, of Lone Pine; and step-sons Greg and Don Weinberg 
of Lone Pine.
