May Bedford McIntosh Funeral services were held Jan. 10, for May Bedford McIntosh, 79 of Bishop, following her death in a nursing home in Pasadena. The Rev. Russell E. Clay of the United Methodist Church officiated at the service, held at Rosehill Memorial Park. Burial was in Rosehill Memorial Park. Mrs. McIntosh was born May 23, 1895, in Mojave. Mrs. McIntosh was the daughter of pioneer residents Finley and Maude Bedford. Her Late husband, Major McIntosh was one of the first agents at the Laws depot. She is survived by three sons, Bedford McIntosh of Arcadia, Donald McIntosh of Arcadia, and Finley McIntosh of Apple Valley; one brother Clifford Bedford of Bishop; two sisters Edith Bedford Cuff of San Marino and Jenevieve Bedford Finell of La Habra; 10 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
