Michael Rockwell Donnelly, Jr. 1965-2004 A celebration of life will be held at Brune & Buck Mortuary, 325 Elm St., Bishop, at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 for Michael Rockwell Donnelly, Jr. Born May 16, 1965 in Lancaster, Mike died in Hesperia, on Oct. 8, 2004 at age 39. Mike lived and went to school in Bishop most of his life and graduated in 1984 from Coronado High in Colorado Springs, Colo. Mike went on to serve his country in the United States Air Force from 1984-87 at George Air Force Base. He was a certified master automotive technician and recently worked as a construction foreman for Apple Valley Construction. Mike loved to cook and was known for his mastery of the grill. He enjoyed classic car restoration, camping and outdoorsmanship, and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Dawn; daughter Nichole; son, Michael, III; mother, Donna; father, Mike, Sr. (Roundo); stepparents, Fred and Mary; grandfather, William Temple; Papa Ron; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
