Mona Sproul Funeral services were scheduled Wednesday for Mona Orian Sproul of Bishop, following her death December 14 at Northern Inyo Hospital. Clair Andre of the First Church of Christ Scientist officiated at the service, held at Don Talmage Chapel. Burial was in E. Line Street cemetery. Born in Ingot, she spent all of her early childhood in the Owens Valley, but moved to San Francisco as a young girl. She worked as a secretary bookkeeper in that city for many years, returning to make her home in Bishop lat year. She is survived by a brother, Walter Sproul, Bishop; five sisters, Vada Cline and Ina Sepulveda, both of Bishop; Wilma Capaan and Velma Riley, both of Carson City, Nev., and Madeline Ellyas , Sonora; a cousin, Ena Koch, Bishop; two aunts, Hazel McAfee of Bishop and Eva Gifford of El Granada; an uncle, Howard Farrington, Bishop, and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Goyke Miloradich, Bill Reynolds, Ernest Kinney, Howard McAfee, Wilfred Partridge and Donald H. Talmage.
