Norland Benson

Memorial services for Norland Benson, 58, will be held at 11 a.m., 
Wednesday, Nov. 5 at Mr. Benson’s home, 286 Mesquite Road, Bishop, 
with family and friends officiating.

Mr. Benson was born in Grant County, Wis. On Jan. 13, 1939 and 
died at his home in Bishop on Nov. 2, 1997.

Survivors include his mother, Phyllis Benson of Blue River, Wis.; 
sister and brother-in-law Shirley and Dainis Zalitis of Eager, 
Ariz.; brother and sister-in-law Duane and Sally Benson of South 
Pasadena, Calif.; niece Tammy Mulrooney of Phoenix, Ariz.; nephew 
Terry and his wife Claire Mulrooney of Dallas, Ore.; and grand 
nephews Jake and Jeremy Mulrooney of Dallas, Ore.
