Olga Gridneff
1898 - 2003

Honoring her request, no services will be held for 20-year Bishop resident Olga Gridneff, 105.

Born in Odessa, Russia on April 20, 1898, Mrs. Gridneff died on Sept. 17, 2003 in Bishop.

Olga escaped Communist Russia with her husband and two-year-old daughter in 1919.  They 
immigrated to America in 1923, and then to West Los Angeles in 1935.  She moved to Bishop in 
1983.

She is survived by grandson, Robert Beach of Bishop; great-grandson, Carson Beach of Bishop; 
great-grandson, Tracy Beach of Bishop; great-grandson, Travis Beach of Chico; great-
granddaughter, Marika Beach of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and great-granddaughter, Amber Beach 
of Bishop.
