Roderick Lee Piper

Funeral services were held Oct. 22 for Roderick Lee Piper, 23, of Big Pine, following his death 
Oct. 19 at Northern Inyo Hospital.

The Rev. Robert E. Dodson of the Valley Presbyterian Church officiated at the service, held at 
Big Pine Community Methodist Church.  Burial was in Woodman Cemetery Big Pine.

Mr. Piper was born Sept. 28, 1951, in Bishop.

He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Piper of Big Pine; Two grandmothers, Mrs. Lucy E. 
Sepsey of Independence and Mrs. Minnie Piper of Big Pine; a brother, Robert Piper, of Big Pine; 
and a sister, Margaret L. Romero of North Hollywood.
