Sally S. Torrent

Funeral services for 97-year-old Big Pine resident Sally S. Torrent will be held Wednesday, Oct. 13, 11 a.m. at the 
Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City, Calif.  Father Mark Finan will officiate.

Mrs. Torrent was born in Argentina on April 15, 1896.  A resident of Big Pine for the past six years, she died 
Oct. 9 at the Big Pine Care Center.

Survivors include her sister, Lillian Veutigmiglia of Garden City, N. Y.; grandchildren, Nancy O'Kelly of Mammoth 
Lakes, Peggy Alvarado of Pasadena, Calif., Tommy Reed of Chino, Calif., Sherry Cagney of Havasu, Calif., and Lorey 
Hollett of West Covina, Calif.; great-grandchildren, Shannon, Kyle and Karen O'Kelly of Mammoth Lakes, Shaun, 
Austin and Reed Alvarado of Pasadena, Jaime and Casey Cagney of Havasu, and April, Paul and Nicole Hollett of West 
Covina.

Entombment will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
