Ward MacRostie Ward MacRostie passed away Monday, at his home on East Line street. He was a native of Redwing, Minnesota, and aged 31 years, 11 months, 21 days. After taking an electrical course at Cooper Union College, and working as an electrician in Philadelphia, Ward came to the new home his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. P. M. MacRostie, were making at Chalfant. Later he came to Bishop, and after working as an electrician for some time he and his brother Donald entered the local business field by establishing the Electric Shop, a concern which was becoming a success. He was married here to Miss Marjorie Bomer. She wand their two young sons, Searl Ward, aged 3 years, and Donald, aged 6 months, survive him. Of his parental family, Mr. and Mrs. MacRostie reside at Chalfant; his brother Donald is in the aviation service with our army abroad, and his brothers Ernest and Arthur are here. A sister, Mrs. Ernest M. Clark, has been in Seattle most of the year. Ward MacRostie was a young man who held the good opinion of every acquaintance. His uprightness of conduct and character and his unassuming capabilities won the good will and esteem of all.
