Konda vs. Konda

The divorce case of Joe Konda of Bishop against his wife, in which she filed a cross complaint, was heard before Judge Dehy this week, A. W. Swallow representing Mr. Konda, and P. W. Forbes and Frank C. Scherrer representing Mrs. Konda.

After hearing of the testimony, which was inclined to be rather an unpublishable sort, Judge Dehy refused to grant a divorce to either party but said he was satisfied that the parties could not live together, consequently all parties met and arranged a settlement, Mrs. Konda retains custody of the four minor children while Mr. Konda keeps the two older. A division was also made of the personal property and Mr. Konda retains charge of the ranch. – [Inyo] Independent.
