Lake County, California

  • Barkerville Cemetery - There is confusion as to the exact location of this cemetery. It seems to have been on the south side of the North Fork of Cache Creek. Occasionally, however, the creek would be too high at the crossing to take bodies across and at least one "substitute" grave was established on the north side of the creek.

  • King, Constantine - Died December 23, 1891; buried on north side of creek. There was still a gravestone there.
  • Randolph, Mr. and Mrs. - lived at the King place; buried beside King. (stated by a later resident)
