What's New on the Merced CAGenWeb Site

August 2008

• Completed Merced County section, and added Merced City and Merced County Towns from A Memorial and Biographical History of the Counties of Merced, Stanislaus, Calaveras, Tuolomne, and Mariposa, California, Published 1892.
• Added about 300 more names with gravestone images for Winton Cemetery (from section 3 of the cemetery).

July 2008

• Launched new website (still working out the bugs)
• Added partial index and image links for Winton Cemetery graves
• Added transcription of Merced chapter of A Memorial and Biographical History of the Counties of Merced, Stanislaus, Calaveras, Tuolomne, and Mariposa, California, Published 1892 (not yet complete)
• Added front page link to Merced County Postcards
