Recitation of the rosary will be held tomorrow night at 8 o'clock at Mission Mortuary for Jesse William Artellan of Sand City who died at his home Wednesday evening.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated Monday at 9:00 a. m. at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Seaside following brief rites at 9 a.m. at Mission Mortuary. Burial will be in Monterey Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Artellan was born in Monterey on Aug. 18 1900 and was a lifetime resident of the Peninsula. He was employed in the construction trade. He was a member of St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Seaside.
Mr Artellan is survived by a sister, Rose Marie Ricobono of Monterey, two nephews and three nieces.
