Nora Artellan
Mrs Nora Elizabeth Artellan, a peninsula resident for the past 45 years, died last evening at the home of her sister, Mrs. Hazel Hanna, 1118 Sunnyhill Terrace, Seaside. She died following a long period of failing health.
A native of Fresno she was born Nov. 23 1907.
Her marriage to Sid Artellan took place Sept. 23 1929, in Hollister. The couple have made their home at 306 Euclid Ave. in Monterey.
In addition to her husband and Mrs. Hannah, survivors include a son, Delbert of San Jose; her mother Mrs. Minnie O'Donovan of Monterey and a brother Mike O'Donavan of Sand City; four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock Thuirsday evening in the Mission Mortuary, with services at 11 a.m. Friday in the mortuary. Burial will take place in the Monterey Catholic Cemetery.
