Wednesday he stopped in the Peninsula Community Hospital in Carmel and left a blessed event in the form of six pounds and one ounce daughter to Mr. & Mrs. Francis H. Burton. The baby, who has been named Linda, is the couple’s only child and is also the first grandchild of Mr. & Mrs. T>H. Burton, also of Pacific Grove. L. Tinney of Monterey, who was a druggist here for a number of years, is the maternal grandfather. Mrs. Burton was the former Miss Helen Tinney.
