Pacific Grove Review, CA June 15, 1906
Death of Percy Dolly of Monterey
Percey Dolly, who died of pneumonia at Gilroy, was a well known resident of Monterey. For the past 15 years he has been employed on the Jacks’ ranches as foreman. Some time ago, he was gored by a bull and so painfully injured that an operation was finally necessary for his complete recovery. While convalescent from the operation, pneumonia set in with fatal results. The funeral was held Monday afternoon from the family residence in Monterey. The services were conducted by Rev. W.G. Trower and Rev. H.S> Snodgrass.

Dolly, Percy F., age 17, died in Monterey County on June 24, 1915
