Seaside Resident Taken by Death
Mrs. Mildred Louise Carpenter died this morning at her home on Del Rey avenue in Seaside. Mrs. Carpenter, who was born in Stockton in 1903, had lived on the Peninsula since 1926. She was a past president of the Pacific Grove Parent-Teacher’s Association. She is survived by her husband, John J. Carpenter; three daughters, Katherine Estell Carpenter and Sally Arlene Carpenter of Seaside, and Mrs. Bethel Lea of San Diego. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Lissenbee of Ripon, Calif. Funerl arrangements are pending at The Paul Mortuary.

Final Rites Friday for Mrs. M.L. Carpenter
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in The Paul Mortuary for Mrs. Mildred Louise Carpenter of Seaside, whose death occurred yesterday. The Rev. T.J. Barkle will officiate, and burial will follow in El Carmelo Cemetery.
