Michael Jennings Skidmore, 44, of Coalinga and Cathedral City, died Dec. 30, 2004, in Cathedral City. He was born Dec. 7, 1960, to David Skidmore and Kathleen Chandler in Coalinga. He was a nuclear-waste management specialist. He is survived by his domestic partner, Nicholas Schiesler of Salinas; his sister, Denise Dunn of Puyallup, Wash.; two brothers, David and Bradley Skidmore of Anacortes, Wash.; and his parents, David and Kathleen Skidmore of Puyallup. Services will be private at El Carmelo Cemetery in Pacific Grove. Arrangements are under the direction of The Paul Mortuary in Monterey
