NSDCGS Past President. Everett has spoken to the membership on a number of occasions.

Everett is a past president of NSDCGS, recipient of the NSDCGS Service Award and has held other offices in the Society including Program Chair. He is a Certified Genealogist (by the Board for Certification for Genealogists; has been a vice president and member of the Board of Directors of the California Genealogical Alliance and a recipient of their Service Award; Parliamentarian and member of the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Professional Genealogists; a member of the Federation of Genealogical Societies and a recipient of their Service Award; a member of the Genealogical Speakers Guild; and a member of the National Genealogical Society.
