FTM. Family Tree Maker 2008, Part 2.

(Part 1 will be be presented May 13 as the Program for the COGG meeting.) The most recent version of Family Tree Maker has been given a totally new 'look and feel'. This was prompted by changing the nature of the program from an organization chart to a relational database. To anyone who has been using FTM through the past versions, receives a severe shock (and possibly a panic attack) upon starting the newest version of FTM, however after a glass of wine, or beverage of choice, the panic will subside and the genealogist will find a truly fine program waiting to record your ancestors. Dorothy will be your driving instructor for your 'new carriage.'
