The Plumas County death records contain many errors, especially as
far as the places of birth of decedents. Proper state postal codes were not

also was used erroneously for Arkansas; ‘MS’ usually means Mississippi, but
also was used erroneously for Missouri; etc. Only U.S. states, major U.S.
