Elizabeth Bullard-Watson (see contact information at bottom of page) – Member: Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness (RAOGK); long-time Plumas County resident.  Volunteer lookups within Plumas County includes birth, death, marriage, and burial records (including obits). For free lookups, you must provide full name and you must know date of birth/death/marriage within 10 years. If you cannot provide a date within 10 years, minimal fees may apply. All responses to research request are via e-mail. For copies of original documents, copy and mailing costs will apply and must be pre-paid. Digital photos of tombstones are available at no charge. Fees associated with other research depend on the type of research requested. Contact Elizabeth for more information.
